MEET Christophe Bongo

He is popularly known as a Football Analyst, International Master of Ceremonies & Television Presenter. He is internationally accredited life coach, Culture Intelligent Specialist and maverick entrepreneur. Christophe’s collective life experience of adversity, reinvention in a foreign land and an acute cultural intelligence combined with his well-honed analytical aptitude from his academic training as Chemical engineer gives him a unique advantage in dealing with individuals or group. He has expertly brought these abilities to his various roles as key note speaker and FIFA Accredited facilitator & communication instructor. He works with executives to assist them in clarifying goals, gaining self-awareness, achieving personal & professional objectives, unlocking potential and most importantly, being their best sounding board.

He also (when required) am, my client-therapist and business consultant, but he does not provide a solution their problems. He does, however, reframes their conscious mind through a series of questions to help them clarify and solve their most pressing issues or to discover why their “problem is a problem”. As an executive coach, he provides a confidential and supportive assistance without judgement. Through proper structured and unstructured conversations, he hits trigger points, explores root causes of issues, challenges assumptions and some time, initiates solutions. He gets clients to understand and interpret and assess their behaviour, and some time, he does conduct confidential interviews to help a client gain self-awareness, and establish individual goals. He prefers coaching executives face-to-face, given that so much of communication is non-verbal and it helps in building rapport initially.
