He is an Adjunct Faculty member at GIBS, Henley and Wits & Stellenbosch business schools. Siphiwe is an Organisational Behaviour specialist. He studies, teaches and speaks on employee ownership & accountability, leadership, personal & organisational change/transitions, personal development, employee motivation and team effectiveness. He holds a Masters in Business Administration, an Executive Development Programme, a B Comm. (Honours) in People Development, and a Bachelor’s Degree (cum laude) in Human Resources.
