Molefe Pooe has founded successful businesses that have succeeded in challenging industries and tough trading environments. One of his flagship company, Metamorphic Engineering, experienced exponential growth and employed 150 people during its peak. He now uses his experience to help other entrepreneurs to navigate through tough entrepreneurial terrain and achieve outstanding success. Since 2016, he has worked with reputable organisations on their Enterprise and supplier Development programmes and helped over 500 SMEs through masterclasses , workshops and coaching. Molefe Pooe is an author of a book titled MoneyTalks. The premise of the book is that anyone can be financially literate and create wealth, regardless of their starting position. The book equips you with the mindsets, the tools and the skillsets designed to give you control on of wealth journey. Through seminars and masterclasses and key notes, Molefe Pooe has helped many individuals and employees move from struggling to success in their finances. Molefe Pooe is a mechanical engineer with an MBA who has worked for blue-chip companies such as Sasol and Unilever. He worked his way up corporate executive level held position of Operations director for Sub Sahara Africa at Rentokil Initial and is now also a Group CEO of one of the Bidvest services company.
