Prof Mazwe Majola

Prof Mazwe Majola is a seasoned Executive, Leader, Educator, Lecturer, Publisher, Author, Strategy Expert, Executive Coach, Transformation Specialist, Leadership and Governance Expert, and Consultant.
He is a Full Professor of Business Management from Gideon Robert University and also Professor of Leadership and Management from South Valley University. A dual Ph.D. holder in Business Administration and Theology, from Gideon Robert University, Lusaka, Zambia and Newburgh Theological Seminary, Indiana, United States of America, respectively. A triple master’s degree holder in Business and Commerce; Business Ethics and Philosophy; and Business Administration and Management; from University of KwaZulu-Natal, Durban, South Africa; University of Pretoria, Pretoria, South Africa; and Azaliah College, Washington DC, United States of America; respectively.
He prides himself with over 30 years of extensive professional experience across diverse sectors of the economy, including education, corporate consulting, oil and gas, mining, construction, non-profit consulting, manufacturing, banking, hospitality, public sector, and automobile. He has acquired a comprehensive range of technical and soft skills through roles such as Board Chairman, Executive Director, Non-Executive Director, Chief Executive Officer and Founder, Managing Director and Founder, Chairman and Founder, Senior Lecturer, Executive Director for Transformation and Stakeholder Relations, Store Owner, and Operations Director
He is presently the Senior Lecturer at Wits Business School, Chief Executive Officer and Founder at Worldwide Institute of Leadership and Development (WILD), Chairman and Founder at Mazwe Majola Foundation (MMF), Managing Director and Founder at Country Publishers, Chief Executive Officer and Founder at Umnotho Wamazwe Consulting Limited.
He has authored and published 12 books.
