Meet Veli Ndaba

Veli Ndaba is a Mind-Transformer specialising in applying Neuroscience and Engineering fundamental principles to help explain and make sense of human behaviour to leaders and teams. His 5th and latest book “The Neuroscience of Effective Leadership” is centered around this concept and this is how he transforms Human Minds from Mental Darkness to Mental Light.

Veli pioneered a unique Leadership High Performance Tool called the “Veli Ndaba NeuroEngineering Leadership Effect” #VNNLE which he delivers with so much passion and energy in his Talks, Workshops, and Coaching Sessions.

Veli believes that life doesn’t give you what you want, but what you are. His purpose is to help leaders understand the mechanics of the brain and how the mind gets into a state of Peak Performance.

He has over 15 years of working with blue-chip organizations in different leadership roles ranging from engineering, project management, and change management. He has a lot of experience in Neuro-based leadership and team development interventions, mentoring and coaching.
