MEET Maanda Tshifularo
Maanda is a skilled strategist, innovator, leadership coach (Integral Coach® UCT GSB, certified Gallup Strength Coach and an accredited facilitator and licensed distributor of Insights Discovery) and author (Leading with Super Clarity). He is the founding director at SuperLead Advisory (a strategy, operations, and leadership consultancy). He is also an adjunct faculty at the University of Pretoria’s Gordon Institute of Business Science (GIBS).
Until recently, he was the Head of Dialdirect Insurance, where he successfully led a business turnaround and was also awarded the South African product innovation of the year in the financial services category. He has held management and executive roles at MTN SA, Discovery Health and 1Life Insurance. Maanda is at an advanced stage of his PhD studies at the University of Johannesburg and in 2019, he was named one of the Mail & Guardian’s Top 200 Young South Africans and the Junior Chamber International’s Top 10 Young Persons in South Africa.
