MEET Tlalane Ntuli
Tlalane Ntuli is a seasoned sales and marketing executive, a public speaker, a small business coach and an entrepreneur. In 2017 she co-founded and later became the COO of insuretech Start-up Yalu Financial Services, where along with her business partner conceptualised and built a Credit Life Insurance insure-tech company that raised substantial capital investment and became synonymous within the Credit Life Insurance category.
Prior to Yalu, Tlalane was the executive responsible for sales and marketing at FNB Life where she drove exponential sales growth of the funeral product resulting in it becoming the fastest growing category product in the country.
Tlalane holds a Human Resource Management Degree and a Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing Management both from the University of Cape Town, and has attended executive development programmes with UCT: GSB, GIBS and Henley.
Amongst her many achievements, she counts Effie and Pendoring advertising campaign awards and being featured in Entrepreneur Magazine’s 2019 top 50 entrepreneurs watch list as some of her highlights. Tlalane was also selected as one of 19 Women internationally (2 from South Africa) to join the Women Leaders for the World Network in 2019.
