He has dedicated his career to fostering personal and professional development. Sphiwe is also a proud UNISA graduate and certified Life Coach through the MHI Business and Leadership Institution.

Shiwe’s work is deeply rooted in his love for people, life experiences, and the guiding principles of faith. He is especially passionate about youth development, striving to empower South Africa’s next generation to dream bigger and achieve more. He is the founder of Born to Speak, a platform and slogan that embodies his mission to inspire and motivate. As part of this initiative, he mentors a group of young, ambitious leaders from high schools in the East Rand, helping them cultivate sound mindsets and practical skills for success. He is also serves as a resident motivational speaker on Kasi FM, where he connect with audiences on topics that matter. Sphiwe excels in public speaking and has a natural ability to captivate audiences with confidence, energy, and authenticity. His presentations are insightful, engaging, and tailored to resonate with diverse groups.
