Meet Paul Tsolo
Paul Tsolo is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Pure Leadership Institute (PLI) which is a Services SETA accredited training institute that he founded in 2015 after leaving Transnet Freight Rail (TFR) where he worked fulltime for 4 years as a Train Driver’s Assistant. He is a young and dynamic leadership development practitioner who has impacted over fourteen thousand young people through coaching and training in leadership and enterprise development and has over 10 years’ worth of experience in youth development, facilitation, strategy development, team and project management, conflict resolution, team building, public speaking, teaching, coaching, and mentoring.
He has also received comprehensive training on Global Sustainability Leadership training at Hurricane Island Centre for Science & Leadership (Rockland, ME, USA) with a focus on the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG’s)

Paul’s contribution in youth entrepreneurial leadership was recently acknowledged when he was invited to consult with the new Gauteng Youth Advisory Panel in developing a youth strategy for the province for 2022- 2030

Youth Beyond 20 (YB20) honorary awards in 2016 for contributions made in youth development across South Africa.
2014
Change Agent for the Transnet Freight Rail Market Demand Strategy (MDS) in 2014 and facilitated a high-level strategy session for the exco, with all Steal and Cement business unit leaders, exco leaders, and Transnet Group top executive management.
